Excellent service! I called Imperial for a quote on several new windows and doors. Henry arrived on time and was very efficient in taking measurements and providing options. My front door was not closing properly & I assumed it would need to be replaced. Instead, Henry quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the door knob / dead bolt plates, solving the problem and saving me hundreds of dollars! That's fabulous customer service!
