I had my Siding replaced by these guys last summer. So far the job has held up great and the siding looks amazing. The job was done quickly, efficiently and clean. I will be calling them back in the future to replace my eaves troughs, soffit and fascia. Great company!
No show technicians, long phone waits, terrible customer service
I booked on Friday for a call on Monday for a furnace repair. Call was for between 7-11pm. Tech didn't show up or call. When I called Reliance (after waiting 45 mins), I was told that the tech won't answer his phone and that they would have to book for Wednesday. Bullocks. I need a new furnace and AC and will be going elsewhere. I will be terminating my service plan tomorrow. You're absolutely terrible Reliance and everyone I know will know it.
