Chris is an expert coordinator who handled my job at Bartlett. The team removed a medium size (~30 ft tall) ash tree in my back yard with minimum disturbance and great efficiency. The team was willing to work around the script a little bit to perform stump grinding the way I wanted. Reading the other reviews on HomeStars, I was hesitant, however, I was very pleasantly surprised with how smoothly things went. The price was quite competitive and the service timely, without surprises and frankly, quite good. I am glad that I chose to go with Bartlett in the end.

I asked Maciek for an arborist report, but he delivered a lot more. Maciek is a passionate individual and was very helpful in giving advise and consultation about trees. I found his conduct to be very professional and ethical. He is very friendly and approachable and willing to spend the time to share his knowledge.

Great selection of used appliances. All of them are in good shape and clean. Bought a stove, took it home and powered it on. I would say that I got more than my money's worth.

Excellent customer service all around. Jessica is quick and efficient on the phone, answers all your questions and gets your paperwork done. Rick is a fantastic delivery person. Dropped off a 10 yard bin on the front yard with an inch to spare, fronting on a narrow street. Good pricing. Asked for a bin, it was delivered the next day. Ended using this service 3 times in one month. No surprise charges. Everything went predictably. As good as it could have been for a first time bin rental.
