We recently hired Clera to replace all of our windows and doors in our home. We had 4 highly rated companies come and provide estimates and decided to go with Clera despite the fact they had the highest quote. Part of this reason was due to their salesman Guillermo who is also a former installer. Guillermo was very passionate and motivated to ensure our experience was positive and that everything was done correctly. We are very pleased with the results and the windows have dramatically improved the curb appeal of our home. Definitely put Clera on your list if you are in the market for windows or doors.

I had an issue with my dehumidifier not working properly. This issue has now been addressed as Omni has replaced it even though it was outside of the warranty of the product. We have now discovered a separate issue that has arisen from spray foam insulation interfering with the function of their water proofing system. The owner Pete personally came to my house to diagnose the problem which was greatly appreciated and informative. He has now gone above and beyond and is helping us work with the insulation company to rectify the problem. If we are able to get this issue resolved I would give this company a 10+ not only for their product but in large part for their customer service.

Our furnace failed over the winter. We had several quotes to replace it. Boonstra was the most expensive of the 3 but seemed to me to offer the best service and quality of installation to justify the higher price. We also chose to have our AC replaced as well as the unit was dated. I am pleased to say that the difference in the quality of hearing levels is significant over our previous furnace and that the employees I dealt with including Tyler their sales rep, Joe who did the install and Lewis & Brent who cleaned our ducts (also a very worthwhile service from This company) were all professional, knowledgable, and a pleasure to have in our home. We would definitely recommend Boonstra for your HVAC needs.
