The company had delivered and installed an airconditioner, without calling to make a time, and to make matters worse they installed it partially on my neighbours property. When asked to come back and move it... they say it will cost me $300???, I have received no call backs, and no response to my complaint letter............and now my neighbours are peeved.... so dissapointed!
