We had the driveway done last summer; there were chips and cracks that appeared after Mike's team left. We called him in the fall, but it was too late in the season to fix; he would come by in the spring to have a look. As promised, he connected with us in the spring and sent out his team last week to address our concerns, and fix the issues. He was responsive and we appreciate the "love" he put into the job.

Overall the drive looks lovely. However, the project had some shortcomings. Mike's communication skills leave something to be desired. Days when he said he would show up, he did not - other days, he would show up unannounced. With Mike, you must absolutely have a written plan or blueprint. We had some "wants" that did not materialize. Despite a reminder of what we wanted the day before the pour, it did not materialize. Also items that we thought would be part of the cost (eg bullnose on steps) suddenly added a significant cost of over 10%. Despite the frustration we are happy with the overall quality of the work.

Slava and his team provided great service. Scoped out the job and provided recommendations. Contacted all necessary parties to get permits and completed the job on a timely basis. Would highly recommend.

Great service and job done on time. Chris and his team did a great job. I usually would not go with the lowest bidder on a job, but Chris was highly recommended by 3 family members who used his services. Not at all disappointed and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs waterproofing.
