the sales people came on time and have good knowledge about the job and maintain the lawn. the project was done at a timely manner and material used to kill the weeds was effective. the contract was executed perfectly by the conttract.

The people in the company was late in responses. HOwever, the worker has come on time and done the job very nice and did not leave any stains on the carpet and the job site cleaned up nicely.
The sales staff were friendly and helpful with providing information but very slow in returning phone calls and following up for information - did not seem to very well organized or perhaps just understaffed and overworked. However the final installation was well done.

The salesman had sufficient knowledge to introduce the product. However, there were several mistakes on the price proposal and was not reliable in regards to meeting and appointments. the workers did installation was goods and cleaned up the site after work finished.
