We have a beautiful home on a corner lot, with a very small backyard. As it was, the yard was practically unusual, sloping away from the house, it was impossible to set a chair on the lawn without tipping over. "Re-Lock" came to the rescue with their team of professionals. They removed an overgrown ten-foot hedge, re-graded the yard, installed two patio areas (one with inter-locking stone, the other in a fieldstone motif). The team suggested a stone lay-out that was creative and flowing and now works beautifully with the new landscaping (new sod, perennial/annual mixed border plantings and trees and shrubs). We couldn't be happier and we spend as much time as possible in our urban oasis.

This well-maintained home in a lovely neighbourhood had never had the Main and Ensuite Bathrooms updated since being built in the mid-1960's. Premco Bath Products began by suggesting three possible renovation designs for the two spaces. After deciding on the design, the staff assisted in the selection of the various elements ... plumbing and electrical fixtures, tiles, mirrors and so forth. The team assigned to the project were highly-competent, open to suggestions and quick to point out changes needed as the project proceeded. For example, when a wall was opened in the main bathroom, it was discovered that the routing of the piping did not allow for the installation a knee-wall as shown on the drawings. The staff re-configured the plumbing (an unforeseen task) and were then able to proceed with the design as we had hoped. We are very happy with our new environment!

From initial consultation to completion, the design staff, contractor and trades were always available to address questions and to make adjustments as needed. this was a complete renovation of the kitchen - floors, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, cabinets and appliances.We are very happy with the results!
