Vitalii and his team were excellent. They did the project in the time quoted, were professional and respectful, any questions/concerns were addressed and the finished project was beautiful. Vitalii’s quote was fair and reasonable. The only issue was we were originally told that the tiles in the shower stall would be removed completely, instead they tiled on top of the old tiles otherwise I would recommend with no hesitation and will hire them again as the need arises. We had 23 cedars planted last year, 15 of which died. It was a battle to get van dongens to replace them with no additional cost. When work was done, a sprinkler line was severed, van dongens took no responsibility and refused to pay for the repair. We would not recommend this company nor will we use them again. As an aside, the staff, esp. Stephen, were very kind and respectful but unfortunately decisions come from the top.
