Went in to look at flooring spoke with Mike he asked us if we had an installer told him I had received 1 quote but was curious to see what they would offer . Mike asked me questions started taking notes , said he would send out one of his guys to come out and provide me a quote ..he told me he only had 1600 sq ft left of the florring I wanted so I would have to put a deposit of 1000.00 down .. Told me to sign that I gave him cash ( because according to him they only take cash ) meanwhile on their website it shows they take mastercard which I saw later He Sent out a guy to take measurements and give us a quote . I decided I didn't want to go with the quote they gave and Mike said we were OBLIGATED to go with them trying to force me to pay over $10,000 I refused to pay anything as I only agreed to get a quote and nothing more . Now they won't refund me my money && when I call the store to speak to someone they answer and keep hanging up in my face ??????????? They took my deposit and won't give me my money back ... Have made many attempts to contact them but they are acting VERY CHILDISH STAY AWAY ! They may come across as nice people but they will tell you whatever you want to hear until they get your money

From my first meeting with Mike this experience was nothing but positive . He was recommended to us by my husbands boss . We found Mike to be very knowledgeable & professional he provided a quote detailing exactly what would be done. There was a 5 week waiting period but do to our circumstances Mike was able to squeeze us in a lot sooner . ( thank you again ) Overall I am VERY pleased with the roof and would HIGHLY recommend Fyfe roofing Great job guys !! :-)
