Poor workman ship of installers who are cheap contractors. The salesperson does not show up for confirming customer satisfaction as soon as he received his money. The roof is not tied into the brick work and so the windows are not waterproof (possibly leading to damage in the internal section of the wooden window frame) I called x 6 with no reply from salesperson. I would NEVER recommend this company.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Rectify the tying of the window frame as per code to the building structure and doing a professional job
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Do not agree to all their promises and do not pay the last 10% if the job is not installed as per code

From the start the salesperson was committed to maintaining a commitment made in a trade show after 9 months had passed. They completed the work with respect to the time that is essential to me as a homowners. The administrative staff and the work site staff were efficient and prompt to respond to any changes and gave good guidance as to the excact work that needs to be done. Would recommed to my friends and families+5

They came in at a good price; very competitive; organized work well; have good workmanship and they keep on schedule. Workers were easy to communicate with; friendly; accessible when you need them; flexible; cooperative

It was extremely helpful, excellent service and good insight into the renovation procedures. The builders came on time and were extremely punctual, helpful. It was very reasonably priced as well which helped a lot and they were very flexible with their time

Phone calls were returned; appointments were respected; extremely polite staff; they cleaned everything up after they finished the job. 2 weeks after I decided wanted to move the hot tub somewhere else and he charged me very little for my indecision.

they finally get the job done but it took a while and they made a huge mess that they didn't clean up and they kept saying things to me that I didn't understand. I didn't like their service at all but who else can you use?
