We used Drainworks to replace part of the clay pipe in our sewer line. Tree roots have been an ongoing problem in our house, necessitating the sewer line be snaked out every year or so. The company was quick and efficient. After digging a large hole and replacing the pipe, they did a good job cleaning up and making sure I approved the final result. They arrived on time, as promised, and completed the job on time.

In July of 2006, we contracted a kitchen, bathroom, office renovation with Afusion Kitchens Inc., owned by Ron O. with construction to commence in August and be completed by early September. After receiving almost 80% of the total contracted amount from us throughout July, August and early September – Ron O. advised on September 28th that he did not have funds available to pay the cabinet manufacturer for our kitchen cabinets (which were already delayed over 30 days from the initial promised delivery). At the same time, we discovered that all contractors who had worked on our project through Afusion were unpaid and continue to be unpaid as of December 2006. Ron O. has not been physically at our project since September. This renovation was only completely finished in December of 2006 through the goodwill and professionalism of our trades (Felker-Michaud Construction, JPR Electrical Services, TNT Painting) and our direct purchase of the cabinetry and its installation.
