Ive been looking to refinish my Brazilian cherry (jatoba) wood since March 2021. I had called a lot of people, and Stephen was the most responsive, professional and very punctual with time. He was very polite and easy to talk to, honest with his prices and setting expectations for the job. I gotto say I couldn’t be happier with the job he and his team did. First of all, I was finally able to get rid of me old Brazilian cherry wood, and it looks phenomenal! The amount of compliments I’ve received already, with some people thinking I replaced my floors. Then we decided to do the stairs to match. We decided to do this last minute and despite Stephen busy schedule, he accommodated and made it work. The craftsmanship is excellent, great work ethics, and overall really nice person to work with. I highly recommend Floor Impressions!
