I don't enjoy contractors coming to my home because I'm a serious germaphobe. I shared my concerns with Dave from Modern Purair as soon as he arrived. Dave was extremely kind and professional and immediately set about trying to allay my fears by explaining how the duct cleaning would work and by giving the hose an extra clean. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I had a lot of questions! He did an excellent job and I know I can trust that the duct cleaning was thorough. I had to call Dave a couple of times with extra questions after he left and he was still very accommodating and polite. Thank you, Dave.

From my initial enquiry to the completed work, Jafar and his team were consummate professionals. I needed to have my furnace serviced/inspected. Jafar was polite, considerate (took shoes off when briefly entering our hallway), thorough, and generous with his time - I had lots of questions which he was more than happy to answer and didn't rush me for a minute! Jafar arrived promptly and his price was extremely reasonable. I have already recommended Best Way Heating to a neighbour and BWH were only here this morning! :) UPDATE to original review: A little while after Jafar's service we noticed our furnace wasn't coming on. We contacted Jafar - who was in the neighbourhood - and immediately drove over to look into our problem. We found the issue was was the thermostat not working - nothing to do with the furnace! What a guy! We were so grateful of Jafar's selfless help. We will not be using anybody else in the future. Nor should you!

We contacted SuperRooter after our son had broken the bath/shower tap mechanism by forcefully turning the valve. SuperRooter were incredibly helpful! John sourced the part and let us know where to pick it up so we could fix it ourselves. Prior to contacting John we had been quoted a 3.5 - 4.5 hour job for a completely new unit installation as we were told there would likely not be a generic part to fit. Thank you so much SuperRooter for your help! We will be sure to contact you first when we need a plumber again!

We wanted to eliminate visible wires from our wall mounted television. Aaron was excellent, suggesting alternatives and making sure sockets were placed discreetly. Aaron was also extremely fair and professional when an electrical product was too expensive for us and immediately offered to return it. We are planning on using Aaron again to eliminate some redundant plug sockets and to move other sockets to less visible wall areas.
