Richard of Vala Home Improvements was recommended to me by my designer, Sarah Kidder. I was extremely pleased with this renovation. Richard's team arrived on time, did high quality work, and finished when they said they would. The whole team was very respectful to both me and my house, cleaning from the front door to the worksite each afternoon before they left. The cost of the reno was in line with other quotes.

Sarah Kidder was extremely helpful in creating a palette based on the colours that appealed to me most, and resulted in the "mood" I was looking for. She selected finishes and suggested accessories for my living room, dining room and powder room. She also sourced and selected artwork for me. I love the paintings she chose, and they enhance the theme of my rooms. I am currently working with her to select colours and finishes for my kitchen, and when this is completed, will again work with her to paint/redecorate my bedroom.
