I hired Next Rain Irrigation through the Homestars portal and received a callback within 2 minutes of sending a general request for quote. The tech was pleasant and knew his stuff, went to work on fixing an immediate leak in a valve then did a very thorough maintenance check on the entire system (as requested), every sprinkler head, and re-programmed the schedule for optimal watering. Some parts were replaced and he showed me all of his areas of concern and gave me other helpful info. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them highly.
