Fantastic company to deal with. Very friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond. Matthew was more than helpful on the phone, and the technician dispatched to our home was courteous, well prepared, on time, and fixed the problem quickly. Matthew even mentioned about a recall that I wasn't even aware of, and that I likely would never have known about either. We are really glad that we called Maytag Metro for our appliance service, and will certainly recommend them as well as use them again in the future.
Hot water tank problem solved!
I had a great experience with Ivan from Reliance (team member RCHSA030) after several issues came to light with our brand new hot water tank. Ivan took the time to diagnose, explain what he was doing, and best of all, fix the issues completely. He went far above what most people have done in the past. He was polite, professional, and answered all of the questions i had for him as to why these problems had occurred. Thank you for employing people who actually still care about true customer service.
