Bonnie and Jeff, I want to let you know that we are EXTREMELY impressed with your company and it’s abilities to fight tough stains and do what you say you are going to do. Our carpet really is back to at least 100% and its thanks to you. You looked after the right people as my wife and I know many many people in the community and will always be recommending you…hands down. Feel free to use us as a reference any time. Looking forward to chatting about how you can protect and/or clean our carpets annually so we can avoid this problem going forward.
