Sorry, after 14 years, I do not remember the cost but do remember researching well and the price seemed fair. So, after 14 years? Not a single problem. Like new. I would not hesitate for an instant to call on them for other glass jobs. It's too bad that another reviewer felt they had been nickel and dimed regarding the initiative the company took to replace her fireplace door gasket. At such a low cost for the gasket, 1. I would not have felt an authorization call was necessary and 2. I would have been happy that the company did not just slam in a new glass without being certain that it would be secure and safe. It's like that with renos, repairs, replacements, always an unexpected surprise that cannot be seen until the thing is apart. Good on you, Suburban Glass & Mirror.

Stonehenge did not present the cheapest quote BUT the saying 'you get what you pay for' could not be more true. In hindsight it would have been impossible to make a better choice. Paul was on site most days, checked with us often, managed his excellent crews, communicated beautifully. I'm positive that Paul and Eleanor love what they do -- their eye for natural materials, their creativity, vision, care, attention to detail, insight, communication, listening, problem solving, and a passion for doing it right the first time have characterized their work for us. The same qualities have been applied to careful selection of a strong conscientious, and efficient crew. Their guys were actually a pleasure to have on the property. If you're looking for someone to trust with your next dream landscape project, you'll be in great hands with Stonehenge. We certainly plan to call on them again. Thank you, Eleanor and Paul!

After two unsuccessful attempts at having the problem repaired under warranty (two different repairmen could not do the job) we called Steve, our go-to-appliance-guy. He had originally suggested to go the warranty route to save us some money. He always does that by the way: suggest the most economical route. I could go on and on with our probably 15 year loyalty to Steve and you'd never read to the end...suffice to say if it's an appliance and it's broken and I want it well and truly repaired, I would NOT in my wildest dreams even consider calling anyone else! I'm not looking forward to the day he decides to retire.

Ryan gave excellent input and advice on design and materials for our deck -- which is the entire size of our small city garden and turned it into a wonderful outdoor room -- thanks to his vision and quality building. Truly old time work ethic and attention to detail in a 'fast food' world. Fair pricing and a pleasure of courtesy and listening skill. Prompt, hard working. Hope we have left nothing out, same as Ryan in his work. We'd recommend him in a heartbeat. Paul and Chris
