This is the first time we've ever required garage door repairs, so when the cable for our garage door opener broke last night....my first thought was "what do I do now?" Well, I called Dodds! They came the very next day. They were very busy, might still managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule. The service tech Chris K was the best! Very professional & polite, noted the problem right away & got to work....I could tell that he definitely knew what he was doing. In fact, he was so good & fast that I asked that he change the rest of the cables too (we have 2 single garage doors), as they were all the same age. Just magnificent service from Chris K; very impressed.

I can't tell you about their repair service, but if you ever need a new AC/furnace then you must use A1! Our AC/furnace had finally died & we needed a new one. Even from the initial phone call, I was treated as a valued client. Jeff (from sales) came & discussed our options & needs. He came fairly quick, considering the heat that we've been having this summer & how busy they were. He took his time & was honest & so professional. Again, considering the it's been one of the hottest summers we had in years & they were extremely busy, A1 had come do our installation the next business day. We ended up replacing our water heater with them too! The installers were exception. Quick & friendly. They knew their stuff. They took time to protect our stairs, floors & walls. They cleaned up afterwards & explained how to fully use our unit. We also had a full inspection & feedback session from A1 approx 2 weeks afterwards to make sure we were fully content. If you truly want the best for your family, then use A1!

Definitely call Max @TwinPeaks. I knew that it was about time to get a new roof, but I was procrastinating...As luck would have it, we had a leak during the Christmas holidays (mild winter 2015). I called several companies to see if they would come deal with an emergency. It was literally leaking into the bedroom! As it was the Christmas holidays, I understand that everybody was busy; so I left voicemessages. Most companies didn't even bother returning my call. A few said that they wouldn't come till spring. Obviously, this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It's an emergency, guys! Max, from Twin Peaks was the only one who returned my call & actually came to temporarily protect my roof. He explained what he did & what needs to be done (with no pressure to use him for a new roof). We decided that Max was the one who would take care of us. He took time to explain the options, colours and costs to us. The work was done very quick. They were very professional & they cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed. They went above & beyond...They will service you at a very fair price. Your house is your single most important & valuable property, so don't be foolish & use somebody else!
