Shawn responded right away to our request and we were able to schedule with him the next day. He arrived early and went right to work cleaning our sofa that had experienced a non-pet urine accident. The 'green' enzyme cleaner that Shawn used, had a pleasant citrus smell and removed most of the urine odour. Our sofa now looks brighter and smells better. Shawn also advised us to replace the foam and how to wash the cushion covers without shrinking risk. We will definitely use New Age again when needed.

The work was done in a timely and professional way with excellent cleanup and within budget. Mike did a walk around with us afterwards to ensure that we were satisfied. Both Mike and John were pleasant and patient in answering our questions and even addressed some areas that we had overlooked. We actually felt as if we had family helping out.
