I'm clueless when it comes to mold, and based on the great reviews I decided to give Leap a call, asking them to come to my place and take a look. I talked through my issues on the phone for maybe 15 minutes with the owner, who let me know the extent (or lackthereof) of the problem, and gave me specific instructions on how to fix it myself. Less honest people would have come to my place, and 'fixed' it for an extraordinary fee. However, Leap treated me with honesty and integrity, and didn't charge me a dollar. If I ever have any issues in the future, I will be sure to call them.
