We decided to use Dan after reading all the mainly positive reviews we had read. True to his word Dan committed to a specific day and time to begin the work in our house, sure enough he showed up right on time with all the tools he needed and soon after began to get to work. We wanted Dan to do a number of odd jobs in our kitchen, for instance: -Installing new Appliances, he connected our dishwasher, fridge and stove. We had even purchased a range-microwave to be put in where Dan did a pretty good job of installing and doing all the electrical work that was needed. -Another task we had Dan complete was installing a kitchen back splash. Took the normal 2 days to complete (Day 1 tile, Day 2 grout). Looks pretty good in our kitchen and we're pretty happy with the way it came out. -We had also asked Dan to fix some other minor things, install an extra shelf in our pantry, also fix a "shakey" kitchen counter and also hang a 40lbs mirror in our dining area, which looks really great and positioned perfectly. Even though we thought these jobs took a bit longer than we initially assumed, overall I would say that our experience with Dan has been positive and would recommend to others to consider him for any odd-jobs they need done.

Back in February (2007, my family decided to purchase new G.E. Profile kitchen apppliances to give our kitchen a fresh look. After months of doing our research,and even though we got similar pricing from other stores, we decided to go with Domaine for our purchase, mainly because they were very nice and tried very hard to earn our business. The whole purchasing process was great and we were very happy until got our appliances. Our problem is that after taking the packaging off (exterior plastic) we noticed scratches on the face of our fridge and the interior housing (moulding) was not installed correctly, there was also a small dent on the fridge door as well. After buying a fridge worth $2500.00, I believe that my customer satisfaction should be paramount.We had called Domaine to try and rectify the issue, they said because 48hrs has past, they were no longer responsible. We were shocked, since they came across as so customer orientated. They suggested we call the manufacturer, which we did and they sent out a technician, for what reasons I do not know, this technician only made the issue worse. I went back to Domaine to see if I could purchase some kind of cleanser that would at least dull exterior blemishes.I can tell you they were not so friendly anymore, treated me as if it was the first time I had walked into the store. I have learned from this, that this is why it's good to buy from the BIG stores where Customer Satisfaction is 100%. Domaine?? Never Again!
