There is no question about the professionalism of the staff in the inital site meetings and receiving quotes. They provide photos which can be sent electronically and the quote arrives in a timely fashion and they are competitive. They are very good with the quality of their installation and with their cleanup but you will need to inspect the area at the end of the job for the finer things like repairing divets and lawn replacement. They are respectful of their clients - I am in property management and did not receive any complaints from my tenants. They do take their warranties seriously and do return to do repairs in a timely fashion. The area they fall down in is in their communication. I found it difficult to get ahold of my contacts and when I left messages the return call was not very quick which meant I was chasing after them. If I made specific requests or gave instructions (outside of the actual installation)there wasn't compliance all the time nor any explanation as to why unless I brought the subject up. And don't expect a project manager on the site even if you put it into your spec. They will assign one of the installers to do that job. If you have the time to chase after them and inspect the work you will be satisfied.
