Excellent carpet repair service
Within minutes I inquired Home Star for carpet repair, Mark replied to me. He asked a few basic questions and then I emailed the damage. He called me with 2 options: either repair or replace the entire carpet. I opted for the repair as I was lucky enough to save some unused leftover carpet from the builder. Mark arranged the technicians to come and everything was taken care within half an hour. The repair quality was amazing. I did not even see the difference in the pattern although I can still see the color difference between the unused portion and the 7 year old carpet. Mark also followed up with phone call and emails to ensure that I'm 100% satisfied. I highly recommend their service and honest opinion. Will definitely hire Mark again if I need carpet service.
