I went to Best buy in Metrotown, Burnaby to buy a camcorder. I was greeted with the worst customer service guy i've met in my whole life. His understanding of the product is very limited. Not only that, he also gave false information about the feature. I bought the product and had to return it because the feature he claimed exist on the product doesn't really exist. Never go back to the branch in Metrotown, Th reps are unprofessional and there is no free parking.
