The service provided is reliable, careful, and professional. Donny V. is an excellent rep! He has worked around our schedule since we have not been on the premises much in the last 6 months. Donny is friendly and polite and obviously cares about his work and customers. I would recommend Abell if you need to take care of any unwanted visitors to your premises!
I went with the 'priority package' with Monster Plowing Service this year. It was a very mild winter and did not snow a whole lot. However, a couple weeks ago it was freezing rain and we had a huge problems because they salted in the middle of the night rather than in the morning. Our place was a skating rink the following morning and when we spoke to the company they were going to make us pay for another salting job - which I do not find to be an appropriate response.

The property was serviced 3 times within a 24 hour period during a prolonged freezing rain/sleet/slush event, and it is unfortunate that this did not lead to completely clear site conditions. Our experience with this serious ice attack helped us shape our responses for similar weather events in the future.
