Does not understand how to estimate or manage a project. You are likely to be sorry and overpay for the work you have done by this company. We had a project drag out for much longer than the original estimate, cost over runs were not discussed with us, causes not fully understood and in the end we paid more for this job than we needed to. Very frustrating! When I dug deeper with the references we had called, they admitted this had happened to them as well - shocking that a company that seems to have a good reputation can work this way!
