The installers were ESPECIALLY careful in that my wife had a meeting that day and in order to minimize the noise, they planned the installation around the meeting, starting on the windows closest to her while she was not in a meeting such that when her meeting started, they were working on farther windows. Also, these guys were the rare breed of installers that says they will keep doors closed as they come and go and then actually DO close doors behind them. Polite, quiet and on time. The end product is beautiful and we are very happy with them. Now I can't wait for Winter to see much less of a draft they will let in from the older windows!

We have an aging A/C system that had started to leak all over the ducting in the basement (also on the electronic air filter...electricity plus water = yikes). Called A Plus (who many years ago installed the central heating) and they did a full checkup of the system and found that all of this was caused by a simple blocked hose which they promptly cleaned out with a CO2 gas pressure system. In the process we got a health checkup on the system which is nice (It's old but otherwise still ok and we might get another season out of it but we knew that...still nice to get a second opinion). It would have been very easy for them to tell us we needed much more. Nice to have someone find a simple solution for a simple problem and leave it at that. Would absolutely call again.

Met with Project manager Eugene online and he guided us through the process. It's really cradle to grave. First he helped us with the design and helped us shop for all the parts. This was lockdown season so he went online with us and showed us all the parts he could source, making recommendations as he went. What he could not source, he help shop for (only one set of shelves). As we got closer to a final design, he brought samples home (as we were not allowed to go to any showrooms) to make sure we got what we wanted. He really went above and beyond what we expected. We got a 3d render to confirm the design. The crew that did the build was very polite and clean and Eugene stayed in touch throughout. We did end up changing one fixture in the middle of the build as the colour did not turn out to be what we wanted (hard to tell only online) and again, Eugene made it very easy to do so. The end result is gorgeous. This is a very easy recommendation to make. We will call them again in a few months to re-do our kitchen. They were responsive, polite and honest.
