I needed faucet and shower head replacement in my main bathroom. As Raphie went to shut-off the main water value there was a leak!! Raphie knew just who to contact and how to get the City to come out in order for him to proceed with his work. Due this unforeseen incident, Raphie and Shawn needed to spend additional time in my home. At no point did Raphie rush through the work. From the minute you call their office, you are treated with respect and caring. Their prices are totally reasonable. I have had other plumbers in the past and always felt taken. Not this time!!!
