I recently had my water heater fail on me and had to get it replaced. Reliance, the current holder of the rental contract for the water heater, said they would replace it for a $200 fee to replace the old black pipes for new white ones and an increase on my current monthly rental fee for the same size tank. I was referred by a friend to Entertech and I called them the night the water heater broke down. They were able to get someone to come in the next morning, and install a new energy efficient tank within about an hour and forty-five minutes. The hot water was available within half an hour with no issues. The cost? Free pipe replacement and maintaining the rental fee at the price of the original water tank. Great service. Great pricing.
