We bought a house a few years that came with a newer water heater but it was a constant headache with an elusive problem. Kent and Do It Right Heating & AC was the third (and thankfully final) company we had out to repair it. Given the history of what we had tried to fix, Kent was up front about how far to take any further repairs weighed against the cost of a new water heater. He presented the options and let us make up our own mind, no sales pressure at all, which was deeply appreciated. He patiently answered all my questions (of which there were many) and even did so with a smile. We chose to move ahead with a new water heater and Kent was luckily able to get it installed very quickly. He was on time, called ahead, fantastically helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with all around. He will be the only call I make for heating and AC, when the time comes. Highly recommended!
