Sean was punctual and very efficient, and the carpets look great--even the marks that I feared would not come clean again after many years of wear. I was delighted with the service, and would definitely hire Sean again.
We had had ripples in our carpet for many years. Pablo was punctual, efficient, told us what the problems might be and what the final result might be. The result was beyond our expectations--there's no sign of all those years of wear. Not only that, but Pablo was fun to have in the house, in the middle of our chaos of painting and repair work.
