Booked 2 weeks in advance for April 2, 2016. Brock gave me invoice number and debited $100 as advance from my credit card. Waited on day of moving, Brock said booking is from 11am to 1 pm. Nobody called or turned up until 6 pm. Nobody responded to our repeated calls. It was a highly stressful situation for us . We had to call and use other transporters the last minute. After 2 days of settling down when I call Brock on April 6,2016 and explained our inconvenience, he refused to listen and insisted that we had cancelled which is totally false. he says its okay!!! and that they will try to return the advance in a couple of days!! He hung up on me. I would never ever suggest this company to any one. DONT EVER USE THESE MOVERS!!! They are highly unprofessional and rude. When I asked for the Manager, Brock claims he is the Manager.
