My experience dealing with Evolve Electrical from start to finish was superb. I wanted to consolidate the mess of an old fuse box with two sub-panels into one new box with upgraded service from 100 amp to 200 amp and have the option to put in an electrical vehicle charger at a later date. I called several companies after looking for electricians on homestars. Eugene provided a fast and very competitive quote. Referred me to his Instagram page displaying his past work. I was impressed by the pride he takes in his completed work and liked his quote so I hired Evolve. He started the process for me with Toronto Hydro and arranged the date for service to be completed. On the date of service Eugene and his apprentice Jay arrived early and communicated their arrival time. Given that I have been working from home and with no access to power that day, I took the day off to watch and learn while these guys worked. Basically I was the annoying home owner hovering at all times asking questions and double checking everything. But they embraced it. They worked fast, hard and had the patience to walk me through each step of what they were doing. We had a few laughs through out the day. I also had them install a new outlet in the garage and replace my outdoor outlets as they were nearly fried. They also did a bit of work indoors for me. They completed the job on time and Toronto hydro and ESA inspected and approved their work with no issues. They cleaned up afterwards. It was a true pleasure to have Evolve work at my house. The difference that you get with Evolve is that they care about the work they do and the service they provide. Even after completion date I annoyingly had follow up questions about the work. Eugene took the time to answer in detail. I will recommend Evolve to my family and friends will be a repeat customer in the future.

This was my second time calling the Inch by Inch team. The first time was for air quality tests and this time I called the team after an electrician pointed out concerns for asbestos. I appreciate how responsive this company is. The owner Tony is very knowledgable and has a common sense approach. He took the time to speak with me, give his opinion and tested my asbestos concerns promptly. I would not hesitate calling them again for any future needs.
