From the time we found Greenwood on the web through reviews and here on Homestar site I wanted to meet them. They were the consummate professionals from the initial meeting through to completion of our spa make-over. They certainly had challenges. Our building is a 2 story and over 60 years old so most walls are plaster, with plaster ceilings and crowns as well. A lot of plaster repairs to contend with and everything was painted from the ceiling down. The job was done done over the course of 3 weekends so we didn't have to shut down the business. They accommodated and we are thrilled with the finished look. Highly recommend!

I had to previous contractors who committed to doing our installation MIA. Don’t ever use Kijiji contractors first mistake. My husband and I painted and laid out 16’ crowns through our house to dry and nobody to install. I found star crown mouldings here on home star and called Ed. He came out within a couple hours to access the job. Took me to the lumber yard because his calculation required more materials, more 16’ which he patiently picked up ad showed up the next day to start installing. His 2 day job was done with the utmost professional finish. We were not home and he and his guy were left to do the job. We can’t be more pleased with the job and his company. My husband is in commercial contracting and is always sceptical on trades coming into the home. Ed is a consummate professional. 5 star job and service,

Vitaliy and his team are not only Master Plumbers, they do a master job, and provide master service. We have a large salon and spa and a water leak leads to no water at some point. Thank goodness Master Drain and Waterworks were recommended to us. They were here after hours when we closed and fixed our issue with efficiency and not a ridiculous bill for coming late evening. I had called a couple of other places and they knew our predicament and tried to capitalize on our vulnerability as a salon that needs water for every aspect of our services. The quotes were outrageously high and we were made to feel like they were doing us a favor by coming late in the evening. These guys were professional and fair and did a fantastic job.
