I've been worried about my aging roof since the start of the pandemic and had to get it done this fall, after being off work for a very long time. I have a house with three sections of flat roof and a shingled peak and a garage so I wanted someone who knew flat roofs. Mark and his crew were amazing! From quote to completion and I paid the exact price he quoted me. He came quickly and gave me an estimate that day, actually went on the roof himself instead of using a drone (which many other companies used). He saw exactly what needed to be done, including the eaves work, and told me what sections were fine. I got 6 different companies to quote and Mark was by far the most accurate (some quoted that sections needed replacing that absolutely didn't need it, every company except Coverall missed or ignored the eaves work.) Mark communicated well, quoted clearly, arrived when he said he would with a good sized team and they worked HARD all day. My roof had more layers than they expected, and the space they had to work in was quite tight but they managed to complete most of it in a day and came back to clean thoroughly and finish a few things the next morning. I also researched shingle brands after using IKO on another home which constantly shed granules (apparently this is a common issue with that brand, and many roofers seem to use them) and Coverall uses Landmark and Malarkey which look great and don't shed nearly as much! SUPER happy with the new roof and will be using them again in the future.
