Walter saved my basement ...I had many issues (stemming from my old cat) from flooring, drywall, creating a second opening to the furnace room, repairing drywall by the window, laundry. He worked on all the projects over the course of a year as I needed some time to make decisions. He was punctual, organized and clean - always responsive to my messages and he pulled in other trades as needed. I highly recommend him!

Greg and crew were good to work with it. We had some rain delays but they were very responsive and answered questions for me and my neighbours. Took pictures for the quote and after install. They cleaned up after nicely too. I will be calling them for future projects and recommend them highly.

Walter was very responsive and after getting some background on my matter, he explained it was unlikely to be a hazard and provided me clear instructions on how to safely clean it myself.saved me a tonne of money and time! I can't put in zero dollars on the review form so I just put in $10 but I did not pay Walter!

The family bathroom needed a paint job including the door and trim. I also needed window trim to be painted around the house. The team was responsive, prompt and undertook all the painting in a professional manner. Thank you!

We hired Warren Gamey painting to pain our master bedroom and part of the hallway. They arrived on time and did an excellent job and left the place very clean. Our schedule was moving around a bit, we appreciated Warren's excellent communication throughout the process. We also wanted to paint a brick wall in our living room, but we took Warren's advice to live with the exposed bricks for a while and then make the decision - we are so thankful we did because we now love the wall as is.

We had FNJ replace our lead pipes with copper. Frank and his team were prompt, professional and polite. We got a quote very fast and Frank was able to schedule the job for the following week. The crew arrived early in the morning but had to wait to start due to rain. We have a tricky elevation and they were able to work around it. Frank also answered all our questions before and after the project was completed. We are happy with FNJ's service and do not hesitate to recommend them. We hope that the city completes their side of the line as expeditiously.

It is my third time working with Kiya and his team. They did a great job of cleaning up the messy and potentially hazardous wiring in our basement and also added pot lights. We will continue to use Kiya for our electrical needs.

I contacted George to reroute the main gas line in our basement to get more headroom and also remove an old capped line. We both had uncertain schedules and he stayed in touch via email to find a time that worked for both of us. I found him to be very thorough and professional and appreciated his detailed explanation of the task. A full 10 for sure!

Frank and Jamie arrived on time and proceeded to do a quick and clean demolition of our small basement. They also made sure to keep all the mechanical, electrical intact which was tricky. We will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them for any future demo project. Thanks, guys!

Kiya happened to be in the neighbourhood when we called him. Since we had some minor work in the kitchen (add and remove outlets, connect our dishwasher etc.) he was able to do all the work right away. He also noted some not-so-good electrical practices in our basement that he fixed. professional, fast and very friendly. will not hesitate to use him for any further electrical work in our house. thank you!

We needed three heavy stainless steel appliances moved from Mississauga to Toronto. Devonte and his crew showed up on time and individually wrapped each of the appliances in a protective blanket with taping so they would not move in transit. When it came time to offload, the crew were very very careful in bringing in the appliances through our narrow doorways and placing them exactly where we wanted. Excellent service and communication. Would not hesitate using them again.
