Much of the exposed duct work in my basement crawl space had rusted due to moisture. Allan ("Big Al") was fantastic at removing the old stuff and putting in all new material. And he did a great job cleaning up after. From my first call to all finished was about 48 hours. (Although I understand that usually he is busier.) This was a tricky job (very tight crawl space) but not a big job, so we had issues even finding someone who would take it on for a reasonable price. I am so glad we found Allan.

Thank you so much for the kind words. Yes, most people avoid small places tight crawl places, even us 6'2" guys. ;)

Had Michael in from WaterWorks again, this time to replace our kitchen faucet. It's something I could have attempted myself, but by the time you add in getting a plumber to repair my damage, the fire department and marriage counseling, I'd be looking at way more than. $320. While he was here, Michael also consulted on some other projects we're planning for the house. He's never pushy or acts like a know-it-all. We'll definitely have him back soon!

Our dream house became a nightmare after we discovered severe structural issues. Most contractors were so petrified of the job they just stopped returning our calls. Jeff came in and took over the scene... his estimate was reasonable, and he didn't take advantage of us when new problems with the home were discovered. His men were incredibly professional and cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. I can honestly say, if Jeff could handle our house of horrors, he can tackle any job.

Called DrainWorks to investigate what caused our sewer line to back-up into our basement. Long story short, Jeremy investigated and offered a number of possible suggestions at different price-ranges with zero pressure. He solved the problem on the spot. This problem was weighing on us pretty hard and DrainWorks not only fixed it, but set our minds at ease in doing so.

What I thought was mud, backing into the basement from a heavy rain, turned out to be... something else. This was our second time using the company, and we have no regrets becoming members of their Platinum Plus program. They have two rates- one for non-members, and one for members. The rates are listed in a book, so you know you're not getting scammed. Michael showed up (way faster than I had expected) and attacked the clog, head-on. He told us how to follow up, and make sure it doesn't happen again. For a job like this one, you want to be able to trust your plumber. Water Works is 2 for 2 in our books.
