My mothers house and garage needed to have the 60+ year old eavestroughs replaced so I contacted 3 companies to get quotes. One never replied, and Chinook was the only one to follow up. The owner, Jean-Francois, was out within a day to give an estimate and the price was reasonable. The whole experience with Chinook was top notch. Cayla in the front office was a pleasure to deal with and the installation crew, Mathieu and Nic, did a fantastic job and were finished in two days. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Distinct. We first used them several years ago when one of the furnaces in the house we just moved into started to leak (they were only a couple years old). Luckily the previous owner had a warranty/service plan and Distinct went above and beyond to help us get it transferred over to our name. Ever since then we’ve used them for our annual maintenance. They are always professional, on time, and provide exceptional service. We’ve had the same technician, Ed, doing our service for a while now which is an added bonus since he knows the maintenance history and provides recommendations that I trust. All round a top notch company!

Our experience with Cobalt Developments was nothing short of exemplary. When we finally decided to get our basement developed last fall we contacted five companies for quotes (yes, I’m that guy with the spreadsheet to analyze everything). Although the estimates for the majority of them were similar, the detail and attention of each were quite different. Cobalt was the only one who not only called back with a quote, but actually wanted to come back to the house with a plan drawing and detailed estimate. After that our impression was that Cobalt was a company who knew what they were doing and wanted to earn our business. Throughout the entire process the trades were professional and friendly and the workmanship was great. As promised, our basement was completed within 8 weeks (and right before Christmas). The owner, Greg, was always attentive and very patient with the endless questions and comments we had along the way. It’s been over half a year since turnover and we haven’t had to call them back for single issue. We highly recommend Cobalt to anyone who wants to have their basement developed.
