We were comfortable with Bettine from our first visit to discuss the scope of our project. She listened to our ideas for the project, and was completely open to working within our limited budget. She worked hard to deliver on the plans initially laid out, on budget. When challenges were presented, she found a way to work around them to our satisfaction. Her design has increased the functionality of our home, and made the best use of the space we have. Since using healthy and earth friendly materials is very important to us, it was refreshing not to have to discus every material chosen. Bettine only chooses quality products to work with, and even had the contractor redo trim that was constructed of particle board (rather than the solid wood she specified). We were very happy with the contractors she brought in for flooring installation, tiling, plumbing and carpentry. The appliance dealer she works with were professional and friendly (an employee came to our home to replace the freezer door that was dented during shipping). Bettine was always very responsive to our many questions, and kept us informed of schedule, scope and budget changes as the project went on. We would not hesitate to work with Eco Chic Shack again in the future.
