The owner Phil appeared very eager to sign a contract and get the deposit. Although he did come once or twice - when there was a big snowfall he claimed to be injured ( no explanation) and had no solution to fulfill the contract. In his words: ' you are so rich why do you even care about $200 .... you do not care for us and you are not a priority'.

You said it was a scam when I've showed up 3 times alreay I told you I crashed the truck you didn't even. Are and you were very very rude to me so I terminated your contract

Rawlinson Carpentry

Last April John Thomas Rawlinson was hired to put cedar shakes on my house and to paint the entire house. Work was done for about 4 days then he asked to postpone the project as he had other projects to complete. However he insisted on a 50% deposit ( $ 3200). Bottom line, I never saw Mr Rawlinson again. When i finally reached him early July claimed to have cancer but in follow up with some of his references, he is back working. I am now out of pocket $2200. In addition to his integrity issue, he has anger management issues - during his limited time working on my house, he had a major argument with Canada Post - I was advised by Canada Post head-office that they would no deliver my mail if he was working there. People should be made aware of this fraudulent person who goes by a couple of name: John Rawlinson and Thomas Rawlinson.

Always there are TWO sides to every story

-an extremely difficult customer, changing decisions often, and stretched my sheduled timeline through YES some health issue's!

Acceptence and Trust is NOT a one way street Ms Boivin, happy with my decisions to move on from you, with no extra monies taken over what was completed to be fair to me also! And yes, not to difficult to know my full and correct legal name IS John Thomas Rawlinson Carole!
