The electrician has arrived to our house on time. We had a power outage in all bathrooms on the second floor. The electrician came and pressed the reset button on the power outlet in the powder room. All bathroom outlet works. This work less than 5 minutes has been classified as large diagnostics and costs $250. The Good part is that the $60 home visiting fees has been waved. The pricing looks overcharged to me. The lesson learned is to ask for the service charges beforehand. :)

Robert helped me picking and designing the sunroom on my second floor balcony. The quality of the product is good so far and installation service is excellent. I am so impressed by the excellent craftsmanship of Steve and Jay who installed the sun room on my balcony.
