The Flooring People has horrible customer service. I do not recommend using this company. We ordered and paid for a large amount of flooring through their salesperson Irene. She told us that the flooring would arrive in 2 business days. A week later we called and she told us it was back ordered and would come in when it comes in. 2 weeks later we called and she was very rude and essentially told us to stop bothering her. After 6 weeks we called and said we will cancel our order and order from someone else. She told us we would have to pay a restocking fee for a product they have not even received. We have now been waiting over 2 months with our renovation project on hold. This company definitely does not live up to the owner's commitment to customers.
