After trying to fix our slow kitchen sink drain ourselves we managed to totally plug it up so the water wouldnt drain at all. LOL. We called Advanced plumbing in the morning and they were able to send someone a few hours later. Ian and his assistant were friendly, professional and patiently answered all our questions. They cleaned a lovely mixture of smelly grease and hair clogging the pipe. They were also able to tighten the sink strainer which had been leaking. (Probably not what its called but whatever it is, they fixed it) I would not hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing needs but, fingers crossed, we wont need to.

I highly recommend A Perfect Pick Locksmiths. I managed to break the lock on my door and John was able to come out right away to install a new one. He is prompt, friendly and informative. I wanted to switch to an electronic keypad and he was able to give me the exact product number for the model and finish I would need..
