dealt with this company on two occassions. the first time was when i purchased interlocking bricks for driveway. when they arrived about two thirds of them were broken. they gave me a hard time about brihging them back and i had to bring them back myself and get the new bricks myself. very dissatisfying experience. the second time i dealt with them they were the brick supplier for my new house. at that time they were very good to deal with as all i had to do was choose the bricks and the rest was up to the builder. mixed feelings about this company.

Nieman supplied all the closet and bathroom hardware for our home. i believe they did a very good job and were pleasant to deal with. we used the standard grade supplies in our home which was nice enough without moving to the upgrade. only downfall is there could have been a few more towel rings. had to buy extra.

This company supplied the carpet and hardwood for our new home. While the maple hardwood is quite beautiful we are currently involved in a dispute with the Alexanian and the builder and the installers. much of the wood has cracked within three months of moving in. it seems the supplier blames the installers and the builder blames the manufacturer. still waiting to find out who will be responsible for replacing floor.

Hillman installed the kitchen in our new home. they were very professional to deal with and didn't seem to mind us changing our minds a number of times. when a couple of defects were found in the new install they were able to replace without any fuss. installers were courteous.

Paton did all the plumbing on my new house. When the house was being built they forgot to install one of the hose outlets. it took three additional visits by a plumber to install this hose-bib- a 30 minute job. this is because each time he came he arrived several hours late, and the company kept calling him away to more important jobs. very displeased, wouldn't recommend.

I purchased tankless water heater and a few things from this company. the first water heater they installed didn't work. however, they came for servicing within one hour each time i called. eventually they replaced the faulty water heater with a new one. they were very good to deal with.
