They came on time but the day after the job was completed the roof leaked during a rain. It had not been leaking prior to that. They came back to repair it and it has not leaked since but interior drywall damage was done from the leak.
After agreeing to do the work we were given a time they would come. They did not. This was repeated twice more and finally they delivered some of the materials. Again they missed more than one deadline to install it. Finally as it was late in the season I bought the additional materials myself and did the work myself offering of course to pay for the materials they had delivered.
They came on time as promised and had the right equipment and the right people. They cleaned up after and even removed the stump and all the wood. they were careful not to damage any property close by.
