Mike Dafovski was responsive from Day 1 as I have shown interest in getting our driveway sealed before winter. He was able to schedule us in the following week (while I was away on business). I came back from my business trip and the driveway looks fantastic. I will be using Seal of Approval moving forward for sealing my driveway. I'll contact Mike again in 2-3 years time.

Gennadiy and his crew lived up to our expectations. From Gennadiy's initial visit to our house, I was impressed with the amount of information he provided regarding the replacement of soffit, fascia, eavestrough and downspouts that are over 30 years old. He brought in samples for my family to see and introduced us to the Alu-Tep system which has a lifetime warranty and will enhance the life time of the new eavestrough. His price was extremely competitive and fair compared to 4 other quotes we received. In addition, it was very much appreciated that Gennadiy recommended white aluminum soffit with black fascia, eavestrough and downspout. The work was completed in 2 days (by a 5 man crew) and delivered exactly what Gennadiy sold. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Upon completion, Gennadiy and his crew walked me around the property showing what they have done. I look forward to my wife seeing the results tonight. FYI update: The wife is happy with the results.

Paolo is a fantastic owner/foreman/consultative salesmen all roll into one. From the first engagement to the last, I have nothing but praise for him and his business. The house was built in 1987 and my family has owned the house as 2nd owners since 1996. We haven't had any outdoor work done to the house since the day we purchased aside from yard work. My fiance and I are now entrusted with this house and we decided to make it our own. We had brick damage to the back of the house, bricks damaged to the front of the house and decided to redo the walkway, front steps and backyard patio stone. From all the Masonry that I contacted, they were the quickest to respond and most professional in terms of determining the undertaking of the job. The price wasn't cheap but we were given assurance of the quality finish. We were even asked after handing the deposit to go to their supplier to look at the Techno Bloc Blu 60 and Blu 80 in person. The crew came and started the job exactly when Paolo said they are available to come. Although the job took more time to complete than initially estimated, it was at no additional cost. Casa Loma Masonry is very fair with their customers and try to do all they can to satisfy their customers. I am glad to provide them the business and will recommend them to anyone else in the Greater Toronto Area.

We were referred to Jeff by a friend of ours who had shades installed by Jeffrey Paul's Home Improvement Co and they look good. Jeff gave us the best price he can on the Shade-O-Matic Dual Concept shades. We checked with other vendors and could not get the same product for the same price. The installers measured and installed the blinds like they said they were. They were on time (within the 2 hour window) and took just over an hour to install 8 shades. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess our newly renovated home.

Had a great experience with our salesman, Bijan, who was through in his inspection and recommended a Trane XC95 modulating furnace with thermostat for control as well as the Trane air cleaner and a drop & reboot redone. Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. was also the only HVAC company that was able to offer 10 years warranty on parts and labor for the furnace. The guys that came in and installed it took the better part of an 8 hour day and was extremely courteous. Although they were the most expensive quote given, their service, warranty and reputation as installers were worth it.

Jamie Matheson was extremely polite and upfront when initially approached regarding the removal of overgrown shrubs and ornamental trees. I have previously contacted 5 other Tree Care companies and he was the first to respond and did so almost immediately. He showed up to my house to assess the work right on time and provided an extremely fair quote. After accepting his quote, he came later that afternoon and completed the work in an hour's time. I'd recommend Goodwood Tree Company to anyone requiring shrubs or tree removal and would like it to be done so promptly.
