When we first moved to Caledon we were sure we would have to travel to Toronto to make any major purchases for our home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a great floor retailer in our area. The selection at Floors First in Bolton is just as good as the larger retailers but their service is much more personal. Eleven years later we still get tons of compliments on the beautiful slate tiles we chose for our entryway.
Even though I only had a tiny order for a kitchen sink back-splash, the people at Saltillo took the time to help me find several different varieties of tiles to match my counter-top sample and paint chip. I was able to narrow it down to the perfect tile. Even my picky husband loves the results. Sometimes all you need is a second opinion. We had our own guy do the installation so I can't comment regarding that end of their business. Although we over-calculated the size of our order, Saltillo refunded our money for the returned tiles, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
