His warranty is awful. Do not use. His response to a warrantied non-working AC unit was that he was busy with another job and to hope that the heat wave breaks. DO NOT USE. VERY VERY BAD!

We have no idea who Gary from Willowdale even is. If this man has a complaint with our company, he is more than welcome to call and identify himself and discuss his problem. I see that Homestars continues to include this mysterious "review". Before a negative review is published it should at least be confirmed. I can write glowing or bad reviews about anyone and have them printed here. People who use this type of service will more than likely get the bottom of the barrel.
